RevOps for SaaS and commerce

Revenue is a system.
We engineer it.

ZevOps designs, builds and runs the revenue systems behind SaaS and commerce teams. We start with CRM strategy, set up HubSpot or Salesforce to match how you sell, and connect it to billing and product so every number holds up.

What we do

There's no one-size-fits-all solution. We can start with the CRM, then build the integrations; or we can start with the integrations, then build the CRM.

SaaS revenue

MRR, churn and expansion data in one place, for SaaS and Shopify app companies.

  • Stripe and Shopify billing in your CRM
  • MRR movement and cohorts
  • Churn early-warning signals
  • Pricing and packaging analysis
Shopify SaaS

Integrations & apps

The integrations, Slack apps and internal tools your CRM can't handle on its own.

  • Custom CRM integrations
  • Slack apps and approvals
  • Internal tools and portals
  • Mobile apps

Common questions

Do you work with HubSpot, Salesforce, or both?

Both. We'll also tell you honestly if you're on the wrong one for your stage, and we've run migrations in both directions.

We already have a RevOps person. Why would we need you?

In-house RevOps leads often know exactly what they want and get stuck waiting on implementation. We work alongside them: they set direction, we build the integrations, data models and tools on their list.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything lives in your CRM, your repos and your cloud accounts, with documentation so your team or anyone else can take it over.

How fast can you start?

Audits usually start within a week of the first call. Projects start once the design phase locks the scope, typically two to three weeks after kickoff.

What size companies do you work with?

Mostly venture-backed SaaS, Shopify app companies, fintech and fast-growing commerce brands, from the first RevOps hire to multi-team sales orgs. Also the occasional nonprofit or professional services firm with a tricky problem.

We run software businesses too.

Owning our own SaaS and mobile products keeps us close to the problems clients bring us: billing, churn, onboarding and reporting.
